At Sage By Mala, we want you to love every piece you purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that all tags must remain attached and the garment must be free of any signs of wear or alterations.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your items in the original shipping box or a secure mailer, ensuring all original tags and protective packaging are included.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
